About Base64 Encoder / Decoder
Base64 is a binary-to-text encoding scheme that represents binary data using a set of 64 printable ASCII characters. It was designed to allow binary data to be transmitted over channels that only reliably support text content. Each group of three bytes of binary data is encoded as four Base64 characters, making the output roughly 33% larger than the original.
